WINEMAKER'S NOTES
This wine has excellent deep colour, with vivid hues; the bouquet shows dark cheery, plum, mulburry fruit characters. A hint of black pepper spice finished with subtle integrated oak. The palate exhibits wonderful full ripe flavours of the three varieties. Co-fermentation marries superbly.
Oak maturation: American and French oak barrels for 10 months prior to bottling.
This wine is to be bottled in January 2006 and will be ready to be consumed immediately or within the next 3 years. ENJOY
