WINEMAKER'S NOTES
This wine has excellent colour showing deep ruby, with brilliant purple hues; the bouquet is intriguing with lifted fruit in particular blackberry and cherry, spice and subtle integrated oak. The palate exhibits the wonderful full ripe flavours which has ripe firm tannins and lingering finish.

Oak maturation: American and French oak barrels for 10 months prior to bottling.

Cellaring: This wine was bottled in January 2005 and is ready to be consumed now or within the next 3 years. ENJOY
